Caleb has created and written some of the biggest successes on UK television in recent years. For ITV, critically acclaimed soap ‘Night and Day‘, drama series ‘Take Me‘ and ‘Distant Shores‘, romantic comedy features ‘Heartless‘ and ‘Me & Mrs. Jones‘, crime caper ‘Diamond Geezer‘, and the hard hitting thrillers ‘Child Of Mine‘, ‘If I Had You‘ and ‘Forgotten‘. His credits for the BBC include ‘Young James Herriot‘ and ‘First Light‘.
An artist, illustrator and writer. Zoe creates illustrations using a mixture of ink, watercolour and pastels, along with a multitude of different pens. Artwork is then digitally composed and edited. As well as working on digital platforms for film, Zoe’s work includes illustration for children’s books and fine art prints.
A hugely experienced sound recordist for both factual and drama series. As well as this, he has directed many behind the scenes documentaries for feature films.
A recent Media Production graduate of Bournemouth University, Ellie has a range of skills, but her strengths lie in producing and editing. As part of her degree, she has produced work for clients such as RSPB, Chalke Valley History Festival, Factory Studios and Bournemouth University’s Student Union. She has worked on Bright Buttons’ BBC Bitesize projects as a production assistant and has carried out development research.
An experienced location sound recordist having worked across broadcast documentary, online films, commercials and corporates. Comfortable in both the studio, on location and hostile environments, he is expert in capturing sound in any situation – even halfway up a mountain or in the wilds of the Arctic! He also has his own audio post-production studio in Weymouth.

With over 300 scores to his name, Howard is one of the UK’s leading composers for film, television, radio and theatre. His orchestral scores have been performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra, and both the Royal Philharmonic and Philharmonia Orchestras. He regularly works on documentaries for the BBC and is also a Professor of Composition for Screen at the Royal College of Music, London.
A specialist in English and Maths GCSE, Functional Skills and SfL. She has worked for many organisations and institutions in education and business, including the BBC, NIACE, emCETT and the Education Training Foundation (ETF).

Working in factual television for over a decade, in a variety of roles, Tom has completed over 3,000 hours of underwater filming with numerous camera systems in a variety of locations around the world. He has also worked as Head of Broadcasting for Royal Caribbean as well as producing, shooting and editing various factual projects.
A hugely experienced Director of Photography whose past work ranges from feature films (Shaun Of The Dead), television comedy (The Mighty Boosh) to documentary series (Monarchy, Timewatch, The South Bank Show and Imagine). Jon has worked for a diverse range of clients including the BBC, ITV, C4, Discovery Channel, Warner Bros, Columbia Pictures and many of the major independents.
